This is a four-tier motivational project i.e.

- Motivation of parents.
- Motivation of educational institutions.

Syllabus
Syllabus of class IX & X of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education. The whole syllabus is distributed in three terms.
Subjects
Mathematics, Physical Science, Life Science, History, Geography, English and G. K.

Participation
- All students of class IX of vernacular schools of Kabitirtha, Garden Reach, Batanagar, Budge-Budge and Central Kolkata.
- All students of class IX of high madrasahs of Kolkata and suburb.
Assessments and Awards
- Three terms of tests in a year i.e. in April, August, and December.
- Awards for terminal assessment as well as annual assessment to students, teachers, parents, and educational institutions.
- Prize for every participant of every term of test.
- Scholarship to twenty toppers on the basis of annual average assessment for their studies in class XI & XII.
Effectiveness
- This project is playing the role of positive catalyst for the students in preparation of their Madhyamik Examination.
- It has become panacea for exam-fever.
